Halter Breaking Service $150/Week or $600/Month
Calves are weaned and familiar with people.
Includes:
Daily tying of two hour minimum.
Once ready to progress to walking, rinsing, and blowing daily.
Calves are fed individually, twice per day and quarantined.
Will feed your own feed ration, or $5/day feed charge.
2 Week Minimum. All animals will vary on how much time is needed to be fully halter trained.
Show Cattle Preparation Service $100/Week or $400/Month
Calves are halter broken to tie and walk before arrival.
Includes:
2 hour minimum of being tied each day.
Rinsing and blowing each day.
Washing one time per week.
Calves are fed individually, twice per day and quarantined.
Will feed your own feed ration, or $5/day feed charge.
1 Week Minimum. Best results for hair is to start 90 days prior to show date.
Showmanship Practice $25/hour
Bring your own calf or use one of ours to practice your showmanship skills.
Criteria covered includes:
Equipment used and why.
Walking into position.
Position of yourself and the animal.
How to use the ring.
Attitude.
Cleanliness.
Show attire (self and animal).
Dates and times are available on week nights and weekends.
Additional Services available for a Fee
Show clipping. ($100-$200 depending on animal)
Fitting. ($100-$200 depending on animal)
Trailering to shows. (Only available to month + services)
Hoof trimming. ($50/animal)
